Customer Rating: Summary: HORRIBLE COMPUTER! Comment: If your looking for a powerful unit, this baby is not for you! i've had this computer for over 6 months and it has been giving me problems since the first month. i have called HP numerous times telling them the computer is defective and that i wanted a refund but according to their rule book we are only allowed a refund after 3 repairs. For the past 7 months i have been fighting off the bombardment of hp stupidity. i tell the technicians theres something wrong with my motherboard and what do they do? REPLACE THE RAM. they have replaced the motherboard, the ram 2x times, graphics card and reloaded the hard drive. and this was not done in a course of one repair session but over 3 sessions. In spite of all the drama HP gave me in the end i was given my refund. SMH worst computer ever.
Customer Rating: Summary: don't buy an HP PC Comment: Had for 1 year and 4 months and died. After spending several hundred to fix, I had to get another PC. Bet its not an HP. HP doesn't stand behind product. Several people I know have had similar problems. If you decide to buy, Get the best warranty you can get. HP tech recommended I buy a slightly cheaper model and put the rest into the warranty. Not a pleasant experience.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excelente aquisição - very god Comment: Excelenete aquisição!

Customer Rating: Summary: Very Slow Tower Comment: I've had this pc for ll months now and I'm very dissapointed and frustrated. I bought it Jan. 2009 and it's now Dec.2009. I thought this was the top of the line tower, but instead it's one of the slowest pc's I've ever owned. Again it's very slow and start up some times takes 10 minutes. So my expectations have not been meet. I think it has too many capabilites and the proccessor speed is to slow. I've tried everything to downloading other maintence drivers to speed up this pc or by deleting programs that I was not using and still start up and moving within this pc sucks! Don't buy this tower unless you want to be frustrated and feel like you got ripped off.
Customer Rating: Summary: No support Comment: On 1/01/09 I called customer service (that is what they call it). I told the tech my internal lightscribe drive would not burn label's. I am not a not a novice and I went through all the steps - uninstalling the drive and reinstalling the drive, etc. I told the the tech that my external lightscribe drive was working fine so it had to be the drive. He had me duplicate all the steps I Had already done and after 1:05 he said he would send me a new drive it was under warranty got my credit card info and he put me on hold. After 10 minutes (1:15 total time) I hung up.
I called back after I cooled down and got a tech who saw what was done, bur insisted to let him take over my PC. He assured me it take only 20 minutes and I agreed. An hour and 35 minutes later I told him just take of ordering the drive (it seems the first tech did not it. Hr agreed and then after being on hold for 5 minutes he told me the system was down and I would have to call back on 11/2/09.
Both techs had bad attitudes and treated me like a dummy. I wasted two hours and 40 minutes of being insulted and talked down to!
Price can not overcome lack of service
